RETURNS POLICY
Should you not be satisfied with any item/s purchased, you may return for a refund, credit or exchange subject to the terms mentioned below.
This Policy forms part of Every Shopper Square (Pty) Ltd’s Terms and Conditions. (Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the Website).
1. Unwanted products
You can return an unwanted product to us provided that:
• it is undamaged and unused,
• with the original labels, and
• tags still attached.
You should inform us via our Website within 7 – 14 working days from the date when the order was placed by you.
Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour, provided that such products are available.
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website you can return the product. We will either replace the product with the correct one (where stock is available), pass a credit or refund.
2. Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery please inform us via our Website within 7 - 14 working days from the date when the order was placed by you. We will either replace the product (where stock is available), pass a credit or refund.
3. Defective products
In the unlikely event that your product is defective, please read, understand, and follow the steps below.
A “product defect” is any characteristic of a product which hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
• faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
• damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
• damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
• damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
• damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
• where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
If you have received a defective product or have subsequently become aware of the defect on the product, which is within 6 months after delivery of the product, please inform us via our Website.
Should any Item purchased be defective, and if unaltered, may be returned for refund, replacement (where stock is available), or repair (where repair is possible) within 6 months of the purchase date, subject to producing proof of your purchase (invoice or delivery note).
General:
• Applicable to all types of returns above, unless otherwise stated.
• Returns may be conditional upon you submitting photographic proof of the quality issue or defectiveness of the item prior to approval.
• Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns on items such as costumes, underwear and earrings.
• Delivery charges will be levied for item/s that are returned depending on the nature of the return.
• All returns will be inspected and authorised for your return to be valid.
• A refund will be funded via your payment method that was selected upon the original purchase within 30 working days of receipt of the returned item/s on condition that they are in acceptable condition, except where the product is defective.
• To ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products:
o package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
o clearly mark your return reference number/ order number on the outside of the package; and
o include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
